Previously, a Korean-run laundry brand “K” dominated this market. However, due to internal issues and a decline in service quality, Wash Friends was able to step in and take over that customer base. Eventually, “K” sold its business license to a local operator and scaled down its operations.
At one point, Wash Friends received orders even from faraway areas like District 2 and Vinhomes Landmark, but due to delivery limitations and staff workload, it became difficult to serve all these customers.
