Since launching in Vietnam, Wash Friends has built its premium laundry brand over the past seven years.
However, excluding the COVID-19 period, our major business expansion has occurred within just three years.

Vietnam’s laundry industry is now transitioning into its third-generation model, with self-service laundromats at the center.
- March to May 2024: Around 6-7 new self-service laundromats will open in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- By the end of 2024: An estimated 20+ additional self-service laundromats will be launched.
- 2025 Forecast: More than 30 self-service laundromats will be operating nationwide.
